  6. You will have a safe, judgement-free place to grow. A health coach is here to help you determine your goals, find your why, and guide you through the challenges without judgement. You are safe to be who you are.
  7. You will identify and change habits to improve your health and wellness and achieve your goals. Habits are a big part of health coaching. Your health coach will help you find ways to build healthy habits that align with how you want to feel on a daily basis.
  8. You will raise the standards you have set for yourself. It’s the best gift for your mind, body, and soul. We often do not realize how we undercut ourselves. Health coaching is about building confidence and practicing self love and self care. The benefits are not only for your physical health but your mental health too.
  9. You will have someone to hold you accountable and cheer you on. A health coach Is part cheerleader and part tough love coach. They ask the tough questions, help you dig a little deeper, reach for goals a little higher, and celebrate your success as you grow on your health journey.
  10. You will find the difference between “I want to do it” and “I did it!” We all have a lot of things we want to do. Now it’s time to see what it feels like when you can say I did it!
