I’m Kelly, your Health and Wellness coach. My Passion is creating a safe space to help individuals become the healthiest versions of themselves. I have a love for everything Health and Fitness and how it can improve and support Mental Health. I believe everyone deserves a safe, judgment-free space to work on their health and wellness goals, and feel supported on their unique journey.

I’m an ACE Certified Health and Wellness Coach, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, a Pilates Instructor, and I am Trauma Informed. I am also a wife, a mom of three, and the co-founder of Tank Tops and Sweaters.
